Nimcet Exam Pattern
The NIMCET exam follows a specific pattern. It is a computer-based test (CBT) with a duration of two hours. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into four sections: Mathematics, Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, and General English. The Mathematics section carries the highest weightage, followed by Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, and General English. The total number of questions may vary each year. Negative marking is applicable for incorrect answers, deducting one-fourth of the allotted marks for each wrong response. The NIMCET exam pattern assesses candidates’ aptitude in various areas relevant to the field of computer applications.
